Billy Randall

Billy Randall, the son of the late Luther & Ethel Bellamy-Randall, Sr., was born April 18, 1939, in Conway, South Carolina. He departed this life on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the family residence in Conway, SC, following an extended illness.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Luther Sr., mother, Ethel, brothers; Luther Jr., Walter (Walden), Luther Charles (L.C.), Prince, Albert Charles (A.C.), and sisters, Mae Lillie, Carrie Bell, & Leona (Fat).

Brother Billy leaves in fondest memory, his wife, Georgia Brown Randall; seven children: Priscilla Brown, Karen Brown, Jackie (Willie) Armstrong, Kim Randall, George “Chris” Brown, Phillip “Brian” Brown, Annette Alston (step-daughter); one sister, Mary Della Dewitt; three grandchildren

The Viewing will be Friday Nov. 24, 2023 at Latimer's Funeral Home 2-6PM.

The Funeral will be held Saturday Nov. 25, 20023 at St. Paul MBC 11Am.

Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
