On Sunday October 16th, 2023 Charles “Carlos” Manning transitioned to his eternal resting place.
He leaves to cherish precious memories six children, Nicole Manning Atkwood (Byron), Kisha Manning, Felecia Livingston (Dalton) Amy Edwards, Lee Edwards (Trena), Amantha (Shelly) Upshur. Two sisters Hattie Manning Williams and Beverly Manning Bedford. One sister in law Carol Vereen.
Viewing will be held at Latimer's Funeral Home

The Funeral will be held at Popular AME Church 1PM Monday, Oct. 24, 2022.
