Dale George Grissett

Mr. Dale George Grissett was born on June 14th,1952 in the Brooksville Community of Little River, SC. He was the son of the late John and Daisy Grissett (both preceded).His siblings Ollie, James, Sharon (all preceded) and John Ivory were his joy.

Dale was a graduate of North Myrtle Beach High School’s Class of 1970. He was a jack of all trades and held several different positions in the workforce. His most recent career was being Owner and Operator of Dale’s Lawn Service. Dale’s favorite hobby was fishing from sun up to sun down. He touched the lives of many, leaving long lasting memories with all who knew him. Dale’s love for his daughters and grandchildren was immeasurable.

On October 31, 2023, Dale was called home to his eternal rest at the age of 71 years old. He leaves to cherish in his memory: Jovita Grissett and Dayla (Jermaine) Smalls of Conway, SC; his brother John Ivory Grissett of Columbia, SC; three grandchildren, Jaylen Britton (Columbia, SC) Amari Cade and Kamdyn Smalls (Conway, SC); One great-grandchild, Lyla Britton (Columbia, SC) a loving Sister-in-law Gayle Brown (Brooksville, SC), a best friend/cousin Mack Bellamy (Brooksville, SC) and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Viewing will be held Sunday Nov. 5, 2023 at Latimer's Funeral Home 2-6PM.

The Funeral will be held  Monday Nov. 6, 2023 at Mt. Calvary # 2 MBC 1PM.

Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary #2 Cemetery..
