Heather Marie Lehr

Heather Marie Lehr, age 42 passed away unexpectedly on April 8th, 2024 at Grand Strand Medical Center. She was born on March 22nd, 1982, in Long Beach, California, to Rose and Timothy Jones. She was a proud resident Conway, SC since 2022 and was graduate of Northern Arizona University.

She married Daniel on September 3rd, 2005 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was a registered nurse that loved helping others in their greatest time of need. Heather was very outgoing, loved exploring, going on adventures, and combing the local beaches for seashells.

She is survived by her husband, 3 children, her parents, aunt and uncle, and her cousins. A private celebration of life will be held for Heather by her family."
