Keith Tyreid Cox

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away. One of Keith’s favorite scriptures was Matthew 4:4, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Keith Tyreid Cox was born on July 4, 1991 in Loris, SC to Keith Cox and Tammy William-Greene. Keith attended Horry County Schools and graduated from Loris High School, Class of 2009. Keith was a very athletic person. He played football and basketball. In 2014 Keith joined Hills Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Keith was a very loving person, he loved all his family and friends. If he could lend anyone a helping hand or if you just needed a shoulder to lean on he was always there. One aunt Annie Brown, preceded him in death; one uncle, Michael Cox, preceded him in death; maternal grandmother, Ms. Lubretha Holmes, preceded him in death; three grandfathers also preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving father Mr. Keith Cox, his mother Tammy Williams-Green, and step-father Mr. Henry Greene, a “special Ma” Ms. Sheila Bellamy; one son, Asthon Jamir Cox; two daughters, Morgan Jream Cox, Payton Mylea Cox; two sisters, Tenisha Bellamy and Serenity Heywood; three brothers, Dominque Pyatt, Tyquinn Williams and; one special sister Kadedra Cox; four aunts, Erica Lynn Cox, Meladine (Cricket) Cox, Pamela Bellamy and Prophetess Rita Lowery; five uncles, Robert (Cynthia) Cox, Dennis (Linda Gail) Holmes, Kent L. Hilton, Kevin Cox and Creg (Renee) Cox; paternal grandmother, Ms. Barbara Cox; special friend Tanasha Farris, special children; Jamiere, Teyona and Armoni. Keith also had many other special friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews and a very special friend, Mr. Courtney Pyatt. 
 

The family will be receiving friends at 3926 Hill Street in Loris, SC and also at Club "Da Fats"

The viewing will be held at Latimers's Funeral Home Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020 2-7PM. The Graveside Funeral will be held Friday, Sept. 25,2020 11AM at St. Stephens AME Cemetery
