Kelvin Smalls

Kelvin Smalls, son of the late Charles Edward and Zettie Jones Smalls, was born January 17, 1960 in Conway, S.C.  He entered into eternal rest on April 29, 2022.  

Kelvin graduated from Conway High School and was a member of the Conway High Marching Band.  He loved music and could play more than one instrument.  He could also play the piano by ear and remembered the notes instead of relying on the sheet music.

He attended SC State University for a short period of time.

Kelvin leaves to cherish his memory: two sisters: Cynthia Elaine (Terrace) McClure, Spanaway, WA., and Millicent Faye Alexander of Chorla Springs, Fla.; one brother, Charles Edward (Rebecca) Smalls, Jr., Ladson, S.C., five nephews, one niece, one great-niece and a host of other relatives and friends.
