Kenneth McArthor Woodbury

Mr. Kenneth McArthur Woodbury, Son of the Late Leo Winston and Rosa Lee Smalls (Woodbury) was born Oct. 9 1947 in Conway, SC.

He departed this life on Sat. March 20 , 2021 at Conway Medical Center. He attended Horry County Public Schools in Conway, SC

He was married to Alicestine Gause (Woodbury) . To this union  he became Father to  Two Stepsons, James J. Oliver (Deceased) and Carlos A. Oliver . After that marriage  was dissolved he married Essie Mae (Woodbury). To this union he became Father to Two Step Daughters, Terry and Angie.

He worked as a painter for several years. Later in life he worked for New South as a Forklift driver until his health failed.

He leaves to cherish his memories; Three Sons, William Jerome Parker, Jamie Givens and Quicny Davis of Conway, SC. Five Sisters, Eloise Calloway, Joyce (James Brown) of Conway, SC, Delores Woodbury, Sue Lynn Woodbury of Baltimore, MD. Carrie (Shelby McCrae) Darlington, SC, Two Sister preceded him in death.Three Brothers, Jessie (Alice Woodbury) Brooklyn, NY, John Woodbury and Willie Woodbury, Conway, SC Three preceded him in death.

Eleven Grandchildren,Pharrell, Nathan, Yasmin, Jirone, Banks, Chozyn, Jamison, Jordan, Quincea, Quaney and Quashwan. He also leaves a host of sorrowing Nieces, Nephews, relatives and friends.

A special caretaker of the home Eloise Calloway (Sister).

A public viewing will be held at Latimer's Funeral Home Thursday  March 25, 2021 2-6PM. The Graveside Funeral will be held Friday  March 26, 2021 1PM at Sandridge Community Cemetery with The Bishop Melvin Spain Officiating.
