Maggie Wolfe Obituary

Maggie L. Wolfe born July 8, 1932. On Sunday June 20, at 1:35 she received her Heavenly Wings to join her Heavenly Father. 
  
She was the daughter of the late Isaac Wilson and the late Katie McCray Wilson. She was married to the late Deacon Johnnie M. Wolfe. She worked on various auxiliaries in the church. First and foremost she was a child of God and worked in the church until her health started to decline. She was a Deaconess, Usher Board President , Treasurer, sung on the choir, Missionary Society and at one time she was a member of the Royal Court of King Solomon. She worked for AVX for sixteen years. One of her favorite poems she love to say was,  Subject: People Who Talk.
She had eight siblings that preceded her to the grave: Florine Wilson, Eliza Frinks, Hattie Wilson, John I. Wilson, Bobby Wilson, Paul Wilson, Rochelle Parker, Virginia Foster, one special brother remaining Franklin May. 
Sister Maggie and Deacon Johnnie had five children: Rodell Wolfe Lee (late Harvey), Leo Wolfe (Annie Ruth), Mary Dell Wolfe Cochran (late Odell), Ivery Jerome Wolfe (Slyiva), Maxine Wolfe-Browne (late John Allen). She have thirteen grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren. 
  
She leaves to cherish nine Sister-in-law: Elouise Robinson, Mary Hubbard and Isabel Wolfe of New Jersey, Madgelene Wilson of Conway SC, Scthneta Wilson of Summerville SC, Clara Wilson of Fayetteville NC, Linda Wolfe of Florence SC, Eva Wolfe of Loris SC, and Berneatha Wolfe of Columbia SC,. 
She leaves to cherish three brothers-in-law: Bobby Foster and Franklin May of Redbuff SC, and Jason Wolfe of Florence SC. 
She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

The Viewing will be held at Latimer's Funeral Home Wed. June 23, 2021  2-6PM.

The Graveside Funeral will be at McNeil Chapel MBC  Cemetery Thursday June 24,2021 11AM . The Cemetery is located at 150 McNeil Cemetery Rd behind McNeil Baptist Church. There is a sign beside the church to the cemetery.
