Rachel was a founding member of So 4 Real Motorcycle Club where she was affectionately known as “Ray Ray.” She rode near and far to bike events, street races and gatherings to fellowship with other bikers. Rachel was a faithful member of New Life House of Judah in Loris, South Carolina. Her love of God and Church led to a special bond with her oldest grandchild, Janasia. It was rare to see one without the other as they attended numerous church events as well as mall shopping . Rachel is preceded in death by her special loving grandparents: Lula Mae and John Parker; her great grandmother: Grace Odell Buck; her aunt: Joyce Hickman Robinson; her uncle: Levern Robinson; her mother -in -law: Mary Alford and her father -in -law: Josh Alford, Sr. Rachel’s loving memories are left to be cherished by her parents; her husband: Joshua Alford, Jr.; her children: Joshua Anderson, Trevon Anderson (Ciara Heath); three sisters: Trina Griffin, Keiana Boyd (Jewel Chestnut), Kimberly Hickman; her sister -in -law: Jacqueline (Felicia) Alford; three brothers: Henry Boyd Jr. (Trella Wilson), Jaron Boyd, Carnell Barbour; two brothers -in -law s: Derrick Griffin, Dan Otis Robinson; her grandchildren, which includes her (Mini-Me), Janasia Anderson; five aunts: Joyce Gettys, Patricia (Charles) Hickman, Allison (Robert) Hampton, Claudia (Lonzo) Hickman Bellamy, Valarie (Herman) Senor; five uncles: Mike (Pauline) Anderson, Oscar Hickman, Albert (Gail) Hickman, Thomas Hickman, Larry Hickman and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends
The Public viewing will be held at Latimer's Funeral Home 2-6PM Thursday January 14, 2021. The Funeral will be held at St. Paul MBC Cemetery 2PM Friday January 15, 2021 in The Homewood Section of Horry County.
