Rev. Dr. James H. Cokley

Rev James Henry Cokley went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 11, 2024. After a lifetime of serving the Lord and 40 years of preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, he now rests in his eternal home. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Cindy Graham Cokley; three children, two daughters, Dr. Jami (Rett) Fowler, Bakir (Tee) Sindab and one son, D’Oscar (Christie) McCray; one foster daughter One foster daughter, Adrienne Castaneda"
 ; four grandchildren, Savannah James, Bakir Jr, Leevi, and Laila; two foster granddaughters, Brynn and Averi; brothers and sisters, Marion Cokley, Lena English, John (Phyllis) Cokley, Geraldine Bailey, Patrina (William) Boyd; a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins; Cherry Hill Missionary Baptist Church family, and many close friends.

No Viewing at Funeral Home

The drop in Viewing will be held Tuesday July 16, 2024 at Cherryhill MBC 5-7PM.

The Funeral will be held Wed. July 17, 2024 at Conway High School Auditorium 1PM.

Burial will follow in Westside Cemetery on Hwy 378 Conway SC.
