He is survived by his wife, Mosella Rutledge Smalls and his four children, Yvette, Treymane, Liticia and Detricia.

Viewing will be held on Wed., April 27, 2022 at Latimer's Funeral Home 2 to 6 pm

Funeral will be held on Thurs., April 28, 2022 at Salem Missionary Baptist Church on 11112 Freewoods Rd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 @11 am

Burial will follow at Military Honors at Florence National Cemetery in Florence, SC 2pm
