Ruby S. Rose Proctor 67, of Conway, SC

has accepted her angel wings on Sunday April 16, 2023.

She was born in Washington, DC on August 1, 1955 to the late Mary and Namon Rose.

Ruby embodied what it means to be a Christian through her continuous, unrelenting love for Jesus Christ, our Savior. Ruby was an Ordained Minister and served as a Sunday school teacher, a member of the choir, and  volunteer. She was a loving and doting wife and mother. Her favorite pastimes were going out to eat with her dear husband Rodney, reading her bible, sewing, painting, drawing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ruby was known for her contagious smile, selflessness, kind spirit and willingness to help those in need.

Ruby is survived by her husband of 16 years, Rodney Proctor; her daughter Tracina Lee (Gary), her grandchildren

Kendra(Darrell) Gary Jr(Crystal) and Darrien; 5 great-grandchildren Asiah, Essence, King, Kash and Isiah; 2 sisters Linda King and Robbin Rose-Gross. She was also blessed with 4 bonus children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild that she shared with her husband Rodney and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Donna Kemp and Brenda Rose.

Ruby will be greatly missed by all of those who knew her, but her legacy of kindness,

compassion, and faith will live on in the hearts of her loved ones forever.
