William Warren Carter,Jr. leaves to cherish his memory, his loving family and friends; his wife Wanda, 3 Sons, Travis, Christopher, Joseph Sr. and 1 daughter Joy Smith

The family will be receiving friends from 2-7PM beginning Thursday April 3, 2025 - Sunday. April 6, 2025

Viewing will be held from 2-6 P.M.

The Graveside Funeral will be held Thursday April 10, 2025 at Rosehill Cemetery 12PM with Full military Honors. Full obit to follow.
